Consignments/Items would be arranged, while the contents are being verified, in a carton box approved by the airlines/cutoms.
You will be advised on the cost of the box(es) once the quantity of boxes used for your package is determined as prices may vary according to size and shall be added to your total bill.
In addition, an extra 2kg will be added to your total package weight to cover the cost of paperwork and handling charges in Nigeria for air cargo; e.g., if your consignment is 40kg you will pay for 42kg.
Also, If your dimensional weight is higher than the actual weight, then your total bill would be charged based on that; and vice versa- i.e. your bill will be calculated with the determined highest weight.
PS: Please ensure prompt pick up when you are contacted for your package(s), to avoid demurrage charges for delayed pick up
Please Note for Customers in the Niagara Region, there is an extra fee ranging from $10 – $40 (for air cargo) as seen in the price list table above in addition to your clearing fee. This covers the conveyance of your consignments from Toronto to St. Catharines for easy pickup. Pls know that this does not insinuate a doorstep delivery.
Kindly confirm the extra charges to be paid for consignments going to other provinces of Canada or that you want to be delivered to your doorstep upon arrival when you are contacted for your package(s). The charges are determined by weight, dimension of boxes, number of boxes, and location to be delivered to.
• Shipping: N450 per kg (Minimum of 100kg)

**Shipping days for frozen are scheduled by the airline and we duly inform our customers.
**Charges are subject to change at intervals even immediately after this information sheet is provided to you, depending on the freight rate by the shipping airlines or customs fee.

ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) is 8-15 business days if all things being equal for regular dry air cargo, 3-4 days for Frozen, and 3-4 months for sea cargo, counting from the day they are shipped; depending on the Cargo Plane, Weather, and Custom Handling and Clearing.
Nigeria to UK, US, or any other part of the world: We currently only render a doorstep delivery service through DHL, UPS or FedEx. However, in order to serve you better we mostly prefer to partner with DHL as they are more reliable.
