Customer Guidelines

• All food items MUST be packed in Ziploc bags or other well-secured packaging bags and oil products should be well-sealed and padded before bringing them to us, or would be done at extra cost at the expense of customers; and no wet foods/items pls.
• Park pick-up for customers from other cities of Nigeria is solely at the customer’s expense. In addition, a #3,000 to #10,000 conveyance fee would be applied depending on the park we are picking up from and the quantity of your items. However, the nearest park to our office is BERGER.
• Before handing your package(s) to us, kindly clearly write out the content.
• Coolers for frozen items are paid for separately for customers doing frozen cargo
• We do not have control over the customs at the point of entry when checking our consignments.
• The amount to be paid will be determined after the final weight of your packages have been calculated with other packaging items purchases that might be made.
• Please unwrap all Maggi/seasoning in your consignment into a Ziploc or will be done at extra cost on you
• Your payment in Naira must be made into no account other than this Naira account detail: 3076514686- OMOWUNMI KABIRAT TAIWO, FIRST BANK until and except advised otherwise by the Director- (Wunmi).
• Please send proof of your payment to our WhatsApp as cargo will not be lifted without payment confirmation
• For payment in CAD for the clearing fee, kindly use the email above for e-transfer.
• And please treat our reps with respect.
